Before me, the undersigned suthority, personally appeared CLARENCE
- F. WUSSdW, who being by me first duly sworn, does depose and say:
1. That Affiant is a resident of Pinellas County, Florida, residing
at 3135 Par~C Street North, St. Fetersburg, Florida;
2. That Affiant has a daughter, Corine C. Halvorsen, who is married
to the son of Hsns C. Halvorsen and Signe W. Halvorsen, said son being named ~
Gerald R. Halvorsen; that the said Corine C. Halvorsen and Gerald R. Halvorsen ~
have been married to each other for a period in excess of twenty-oRe (21) years; ~
3. That Affiant has known both Haas C. Halvorsen and Signe W. Halvorsen
for a period in excess of twenty-six (26) years; that during this period of time
Hans C. Halvorsen and Signe i~T. lialvoxsen were married to each-other; that the
said Hans C. Halvorsen and Signe W. Halvorsen Were married to each other on the
24th day of November, 1961, and that they remained continuously married to each
other thereafter until the death of Signe W. $alvorsen on the 29th day of
September, 1972;
