the undersigned authority and says that he was personally
acquainted with Lawrence T. Sinn and Hiilie Joyce Sinn and knows
that the said Lawrence T. Sinn and Billie Joyce Sinn were
husband and wife from April 5, 1957 to June 5, 1957, and that
they were married to each other at all times during the owner-

2 of WAGNER SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 9, Page 74 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and that the deeds recorded in O. R. Book Z26 at Page 441 and
' O. R. Book 232 at Page 553 of the St. Lucie County Public Records
