TO t1AVE AND TO HOLD ali and singular the said property hereby conveyed. mortgaged, pledged or as-
signed by the Mortgagor, or intended so to be, unto the Mortgagee. in fee simple.
And the hlortgasor covenants with the Mortgagee, that the Martga6or has full power and lawfnl right to
convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be iawful tor the Mortgagee at a!! iimes peaceably snd ~
quietly to enter upon. hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all ~ncumbrances except as
may be herein described; thet the Mort~Aaor will make such further assurances to perfect the fee si~le title to
