in consideration of the payment to melus by you of $1.00 and other good and valuabie consideration which ~

fo~ the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables, ~
oonduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, imprave, add
to, change the size of or ~emwe wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, bnish and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:

Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida; From the NW Corner of
Lot 99, run East 25 feet, thence South 530 feet, therice East 268.5 feet
for the P.O.B., thence continue East 126 feet, thence South 130 feet,
