In oonsideration of the payment to rme/us by you of $1,00 and other good and valuable oonsideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your wccessors an easement
for the oonstruction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities lincluding wires, poles,'guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipmentl to be insta!!ed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remare such facilities or any of them; to pemnit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cables of any otfier Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all Vees, bnish a~d undergrowth or ottier
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
peny described as follows: -
The East 215 feet of the South 3/4 of the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4,
less Road R/'W as in OR 37-P340, Section 3, Township 36 South,
Range 39 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
The easement more particularly described as the East 10 feet,
beginning at the ~/'W of Midway Road and running North 1Q00+ feet.
