DRYDOCK AND TERMINAL COMPANY, as per deed recorded in O. R. Book
35, page 33, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said
lands lying South of Canal C-25 and East of the FLORIDA EAST COAST ~
RAILWAY COMPANY main lines, and being part of Section 3- Township
35 South - Range 40 East, in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, thence
run South 78°21'S0" West along the South line of aforesaid FORT PIERCE
DRYDOCK AND TERMINAL COMPANY lands, 200.38 feet to a concrete monu-
ment; said concrete monument being Point of Beginning; thence continu-
ing along the South Line South 78°21'S0" West, 249.62 feet to an
iron p:ipe on the East riqht-of-way of the aforesaid FLORIDA EAST
COAST RAILWAY COI?~ANY; thence along a 1.9824 Degree of Curve to the
left, having a central angle of 9°12' and an arc length of 464.18 feet,
the long chord of said curve bearing North 16°05'10" West, 463.52 feet
to a point; thence North 20°41'10" West, 17.35 feet; thence North
