All instalmenu of interat and principal are payable at the office of the payee in the City of Coral Gabla. Florida, or
at such other place as the holder hveof may daignate io rvriting, in lawful money of the United States of America. Jf any
of said instalments of interat and principal shall not be paid when due then the entire principal sum and accrued interat shall
become due and payablt at once, at the opqon of the lcgal holder of this note.
Eac6 mater and endoner waives the right of exemption under the Constitution and laws of Fbrida, and each maker and
endoner wai~es demand, protat and notice of maturity, non-payment or protest and aU requircmrnu necasary to hold each of
them liable as makers and endorsen.
It is further agrecd that each mal~er and endoner, joiatly and severaUy, shaU pay all cbsts of collection, induding a reason-
able' attorney's fee, on failure to pay the principal of this note or any interest thereo~ at maturity. This note and aU sums due
therewnder shall bear iatuat at the ~te of tm (10) per cea~ per annum from due date until paid.
