January 30, 1915, and recorded in Deed Book Twenty-two (22),
page Five Hundred and Fifteen (515), records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, such excepted land fronting 6.52 feet, more or less, on
Pine Street. ~
TO NAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien,
• equity and claim whatsoever of the said Grantors, either in law
~ or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the
said Grantees forever.
BEING the Grantors' one-half (1/2) interest in the
same premises acquired by Ethel B. Andrus and Sydney B. Daggett
in the Certificate of Sale filed March 13, 1959 by the Glerk in
~ the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for

365-366), and also conveyed by a Quit Claim Deed dated the 17th
day of October, 1966 from Groner-Youngerman, Inc. to Sydney B.
Daggett and Ethel B. Andrus and recorded in St. Lucie County,
