DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY
Pursuant to Resoluc3.ons of February 3, 1969, of the Boaxd of
Directors of Sears, Roebuck and Co., authorizing the undersigned
Vice President of the Company to execute and deliver, and to ap-
point and designate in writing other persons to execute and
deliver, on behalf and in the name of the Company certain docu-
ments, all as more particularly set forth in said Resolutions, the
umdersigned by theae presents delegates to Harrison Porter
Credit Sales Manager, of Sears' Ft. Pierce, Florida
store, the power to execute and deliver, on behalf and in the
na~e of Sears, Roebuck and Co., the following instruments:
A. Satisfaction of mortgages, conditional sales
contracts and other liens and security in-
stru~ments eaecuted by Sears' customers
pursuant~ to sales made by or from Sears' .

B. The suthority delegated by this instrument shall
continue for a periosl of one (1) year from the
date hereof.
