This Indenture, Made this 29th day of June, A. D. 1972, BETWEEN f
JOEL E. THARP and CARMEN D. THARP, his wife of the County of Fairfax in the ~
State of Virglnia, parties of the first part, and jOEL E. THARP, party of the
second part, whose mailing address is 5442 Bradford Court, Apartment 143,
Alexandria, Virginia 22311
WITNESSETH:
That the said parties of the first part, and in consideration of the sum
of TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledqed, has granted, bargained and sold to the said party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns forever, the followinq described land situate, lying
and being in City of Port St. Lucie, County of 3t. Lucie, and State of Florida,
