Together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures or appurtenances now or hereafter erected there-
' ori or p~aced therein, including all- apparatus, equipment, fixtures or articles, whether in single units or cen-
trally tontrolled, used to supply heat, gas, air tonditioning, water, light, power, ~efrigeration, ventiliation or
other se?vices, and any other thing now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which by lessors
to leasees is customary or appropriate, including u~eens, window shades, storm doors and windows, floor
coverings, screen doors, awnings, stoves and water heaters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby
i declared to be a pa~t of said real estate whethe~ physicaliy attached ihereto or •not); and also together with
' all easements and the rents, issues and profits of said premises which are hereby pledged, assigned, trans-
; ferrec! and set over unto the Mortgagee, whether now due o? hereafter to become due as provided in the
Supptemental Agreement secured hereby. 7he Mortgagee is hereby subrogated to the rights of all mort-
~ gagees, lienholders and owners paid off by the proteeds of the loan hereby secured.
