- County, Florida, to Carl L. Smith and Marie C. Smith, his wife, wherein
said deed consideration for the same was reflected as "love and affectian":

plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 78, af
the public records of St Lucie County, Florida.
2. That your affiant is the aatural father of Carl L. Smith
and the father-in-law to Marie C. Smith.
