2. To pay all taxes, assessments, liens and encumbrances on that property promptly r+hen due.
If they are not promotly paid the Mortaagee may pay t6em Nithout Naivi~g the option ta foreclose, and such
paye~ents, Hith fnterest thereon fran the date of pay~ent at the same rate as specified in that note, shall ~
also be secured by this ~eortgage.
3. To camrtit, permit, or suffer no ?raste, i~opairmeat-or deterioration of the mortgaged property.
4. To pay all expenses reasonably incurred by the Mortgagee because of failure of the Fbrtgagor to
tpaply with the agreec.ents in that note or this mortgage, fncluding reasortable attorneys' fees and titie ~
