RELEASE AND SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., a Florida j
corporation, hexeinafter referred to as the "Mortgagor", by Inden- ~
ture bearing date of April 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office of ~
the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 20I, Page~1959, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, granted and conveyed to
Citizens Bank of Palm Beach County, West Palm Beach, Florida, here-
inafter referred to as "Mortgagee", and its assigns, the premises ~
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum
of Tao Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars, together with in-
terest as specified therein;

AND WHEREAS, the said Mortgagor has requested the said Mort-
gagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being a part
of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
Mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, the sa~d Martgagee, in consideration of the
sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable considera-
tions to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, does remise, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said Mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the premises con-
veyed by said Mortgage, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 825, 834, 856, 806, 851, 849. 820 and 88~
of
VENTURE OUT AT INDIAN RIVER, INC., a Condominium, as the
same appears by and upon a plat of the same of record in
the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie
Coun~y, Florida, in Plat Book 16, Page 24, to which said
place specific reference is hereby made for a more complete
description of the premises. j
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the s~ame, with the appurtenances, unto the
Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated
and discharged of•and from the lien of said Mortgage, and every
part thereof; provided al~,*ays, nevertheless, that.nothing herein
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect
lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining
mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of
the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this instrument i
