MORTGAGE SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, under the date of October 14, 1970, a
mortgage was given by OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC., a
Tennessee corporation to CONTINENTAL MORTGAGE INVESTORS, a
Massachusetts business trust, which mortgage was recorded
on October 21, ]970, in Official Records Book 187, Page 2404,
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
modified in Mortgage Modification Agreement dated October 4,

1972, and recorded October 2972, in Offi ci al Records Book
207.:Page 867, in the above office, and that certain mortgage
dated June 4, 1971, and recorded July 7, 1971, from OUTDOOR
RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC,, a Tennessee corporation to CONTINENTAL
MORTGAGE INVESTORS, a Massachusetts business tr~st, and
recorded in Official Records 8ook 193, Page 2301, St. Lucie
_ County, Florida, public records, and modified in Mortgage
Modification Agreement dated October 4, 1972, and recorded

the above office, and which mortgages cover the fol]owing
described real property lying and being in St. Lucie County,
Florida:
All that part of tract T-3, Section 2 of the Nettles
Island Pro3ect as recorded in P1at Book 16, pages
1-A thru 1-J in the public recards of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Particularly described as beginning at the Southeasterly
corner of the tract herein described: said point of
true beginning is further described as being the
! Southeasterly corner of the aforesaid tract T-3.
Thence from the point of true beainning, run S. 70°30'00"
~ W. 228.04 feet; Thence run N. 19 30' 00" W. 166.38 feet;
