WHEREAS, FIRST fEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
OF MARTIN COUNTY has agreed to make a mortgage loan to
OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC., a Tennessee corporation,
in the amount of ~200,000.00 hereinafter called the new
mortgage, covering the property above described, providing
the mortgages first described are subordinated to the new
mortgage; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned, in order to induce the
making of the new mortgage loan, and in consideration of the
sum of ONE (~1.00) DOLLAR, and other good and valuable consid-
eration, desire ta subordinate their mortgage.to the new
mortgage;
NOW, therefore, i n consi derati on of the premi ses ,
the mortgages first described above are by this instrument
subordinated and made inferior to the mortgage to be given
to OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC., a Tennessee corporation,
last described above.
