office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State o£ Florida, in afficial Records Book 203, Page 1332, mortgaged unto
FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE and assigns, mortgagee, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of 1~ao Millioa

that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by

instrument recorded in Official Records Book 208, page 7$1, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto,
together with an undivided interest in the common elements and limited common

TO HAVE AND TO ROLb the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the..lien of said mortgage, and every

shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance
of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged premises .
