of Mortgage bearing date the 30th day of May, A.D. 1972, and recorded in ihe
office of the Clerk of ~~.o Circuit Gburt in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, in Official Records Book 203, Page I332, mortgaged unto
FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE and assigns, mortgagee, the pr~m:ses
therein particularly described, to secure.the payment of the stiun of 1~o Millian
1~ro Nundred Thousand Dollars ($2,200,000.00) with interest as therein mentioned:
AAID WHEREAS, thP said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCPION CORPORATION, has rc~quested
the said FIRST WISCO1~iSIN NATIONAL BANK OF MILWAUKEE to release the premises
hereinafter described,~being part of said uwrtgaged premises, from the lien and s
operation of said Mortgage: '
NOW THE:tFTORE: KNOW YE, That the said FIRST WISCONSIN NATIONAL BANK OF
MILWAUKEE in consideratfon of the premisee set forth herein and of the sum of ~
Ten DoZlers ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it paid by
the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUGTION CORPORATION at the time of the execution
hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, does remise, release,
quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage
unto the said FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns, all
that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by
said mortgage, to-wit:

Apartment No. 205 of the COLONNADE CONDO~IINIUMS NO. 5,
according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in OfFicial Records
Book 197, page 1482, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,-
as amended by instrument recorded in Official Records Book 198, page 996, !
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and further amended by ~
instrument recorded in Official Records Book 208, page 781, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereto,
together with an undivided interest in the comnon elements and limited common ~
elements thereof.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said
FORT PIERCE CONSTRUCrION CORPORATION its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every
part thereof; Provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained
shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, lien or incumbrance !
