From the NE corner of the SE~ of NW~ of Section 17, Township (
34 South, Range 40 East, run Westerly along the North line of the
Southeast quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section a distance
of 130 feet, more or less to a point on the West Right-of-way line
of U. S. Highway No. l.for a point of beginning; from said point of
beginning run Southeasterly along the West right-of-way line of U.S.
Highway No. 1 a distance of 310.07 feet to a point; thence run South-
westerly and at right angles to the West right-of-way line of U.S.
Highway No. 1 a distance of 766 feet; more or less, to a point on
the East edge of the Savarina; thence run Northerly, following the meander
of the Savanna to a point on the above described North line of the
Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 17,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East; thence run Easterly along said
North line of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter a
distance of 540 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
All of said proper~y being located in the SE'~ of the NW~ of
Section 17, Township 34 South, Range 40 East. ~
LESS AND EXCEPTING the following: -
Begin at a point where the East line of the NW~ of Section 17, Town-
ship 34 South, Range 40 East intersects with the West right-of-way
line of Dixie Highway, also known as Highway No. 1, as it existed on
the 15th day of November, 1950; thence run West at right angles to
the said highway to the mean low water line of the Savannah for a
point of begi.nning; thence run Easterly along saicl line to the point
where the East line of the NW~ of Section 17, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East i,ntersects with the West right-of-way line of the
Dixie Highway, also known as Highway No. l, as it existed on the 15th
day of November, 1950; thence run Northerly along said right-of-way
line a distance of 111 feet; thence run Westerly parallel to the
quarter section line of the NW~ of Section 17, Township 34 South,
Range 40 East to the mean low water line of the Savannah; thence
meander said Savannah in a Southerly direction to the poi.nt of ~
-beginning.
