South, Range 40 East, run Westerly along the North line of the
Southeast quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section a distanc
of 130 feet, more or less to a point on the West Right-of-way line
of U. S. Highway No. 1 for a point of beginning; from said paint of
beginning run Southeasterly along the West right-of-way~line of U.S.
Highway No. 1 a distance of 310.07 feet to a point; thence run South
westerly and at right angles to the West right-of-way line of U. S.
Highway No. 1 a distance of 766 feet; more or less, to a point on
the East edge of the Savanna; thence run Northerly, following the ~
meander of the Savanna to a point on the above described North line
of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of said Section 17,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East; thence run Easterly along said
North line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest quarter a
