~ W~REAS, the parties hereCo under date of Mav ,~972 entered unto a
cer~ain mortgage note and mortgage agreement, which was recorded in Official
Record Book 211 , Paqe 1585 of the Public Records of Sti. Lucie
County, Florida, being described as follows:

Lot 17, Block 254, PORT ST. LUCIS, S$CTION SIX, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Hook 12, pages 36A thru 36D of the
Public Rsoords og St. Lucie O~unty, Florida
WHEREAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the
terms and provisions of said Mortgage in ordez that it may set forth the
true, complete arld intended agreement between the parties:

the parties do hereby agree as follows: ~
The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day ~
of November, 1972 and the final monthly payment is shown to be due
on or before the f irst day of pctnber,, ] 997 , Mortgagors and 1?tortaagee
are desirous o£ ameading the first payment due date to April l. 1973
and amending the final tiayment due date to March 1, 1998 at

Except as hereby expressZy modified, all the terms, covenants, conditions
and provisions of the note and mortgage dated 1~lay 8, 19~2 ~ , sh;a12
remain in full force and effect.
This agreement sha1Z be binding upon and enure to the benefit of the
parties hereto, their respective successors, heirs and assigns.
