the undersigned authority and says that she was personally
acquainted with Lawrence T. Sinn and Billie Joyce Sinn and
knows that the said Lawrence T. Sinn and Billie Joyce Sinn
were husband and wife from April 5, 1957 to June 5, 1957,
and that they were married to each other at all times
during the ownership of the following described property
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 Block 2 of WAGNER SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 9, Page 74
of the Publice Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and that the deeds recorded in 0. R. Book 226 at~Page 441
and O.R. Book 232 at Page 553 of the St. Lucie County Public
Records omitted the marital status of the said persons who
were in fact husband and wife.
