KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federol Savings and loan Association of St. lucie County, a
corporation unde~ the laws of the U~ited States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by M. 6. Rickerson
and Hazel Rickerson, his wife dated April 23, ~971 , and retorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Ftorida, in Official Record Book 191 on page
2959 , securing the payment of the sum of
Sixteen Thousand Four Hundred and No/00---------------------------~ollars(~ ~6,400.00 )
covering property in the County of St . Luc i e , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortga9e and the nore secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mongage and release and quit-claim all ~ight, title and interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth he~eby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said Counry to cancel the same of reeord.
