CERTIFIED COPY OF RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
I, Joel P. Koeppel , the Assistant Secretary of
WALTER KASSUSA REALTY CORPORATION, qualified to do
business in the State of wisconsin ; da certify that at
a meeting of the Board of Directors of said corporation,
~ duly called and held in the Town of Palm Beach, and State of
Florida, on the 1st day of November , 1972 , at

which meeting all directors were present and voted, the
following resolution was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED: That the Corporation is hereby~authorized
to borrow from First Mor.tgage Investors the sum of
Nine Hundred Ninety-three Thousand Six Hundred and no/100 ($993,600.00) Dol~ars
at an annual interest rate of 11.25 per annum, and that the ~
Corporation execute a Note for said sum on such form as may
.be prescribed by the said First Mor.tgage I~vestors ' -
and a Mortgage securing the said Note upon the property known

; FURTHER RESQLVED: That the Corporation execute any
