CLAIM OF LIEN

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, the undersiqned authority, perso~ally appeared
JACK WAINWRIGHT, who beinq duly sworn, says that he is the
President of the Lienor herein, WAINWRIGHT PLUMBING, INC.,
whose address is 4102 Orange Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, and
that in pursuant to a contract with Van Cott, Ferguson and Croft,
Lienor furnished labor and materials consisting of bathroom
furnishings and accompanying copper and PVC pipes on the follawing
described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
From the NW corner of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
run South alang the West line of said section
24 a distanc~ of 38.00 feet; thence run South
89°23'30" East, a distance of 692.10 feet to
the point of beginning of the following described
land:
From said point of beginning, run South 89°23'30"
East a distance of 150.48 feet; thence run South 00°
00'30" West a distance of 439.79 feet to the North
right of way of State Road 70; thence run South
70°08'30" West along the North right of way of
State Road 70 a distance of 160.00 feet; thence
-run North 00°00'30" East a distance of 495.74
feet to the point of beginning; all in St. Lucie
County, Florida
owned by Renneth L. Van Cott, Jr., Carl L. Croft and Harry
~ M. Ferguson of which there remains unpaid $3,564.90 and furnished
the first of same on or about October 28, 1972, and the last of
` same on March 9, 1973.
