WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate ~

bargain, sell, alien, ~emise, release, convey, and cor~~rm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the folbwing described

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the fixtures attached
thereto and alt rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises sil of which are included
within the foregoing deuription and the habendum hereof. Also a!! gas, steam, elettric, waTer and other hesting,
cooking, refrigeroting, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, applianoes, fixtures

IT IS ~11UTUALIY COVENANTED AN~J AGREED by and be~ween the parties hereto that upon request of the Mort-
gagor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anytime within twenty (20) years irom the date hereof and be•
iore full payment of this mor?gage and notes secured hereby, make further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
further advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an additional note then
unpaid, and the total amount of indebtedness that may be secured by this mortgage may decrease or increase from time
to time, but the total unpaid balance so secured at any one time shall not exceed rhe maximum principal sum of
