NOTICE is hereby given to all to Nhom it may concern that
suit xas this day instituted by HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
a Florida corporation against EUGENE D. PAGEL and LINDA E.
PAGEL, his wife, of 102 Gardenia Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, in
the 19th Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for St. Lucie
Gounty, Florida, involves the folloxing described reai property,
to-wit:
