Oolver, Jr. and Pauline F. O~lver, his wife , mortgagors. i
WHERcAS, the parties hereto under date of July 10, 1972 entered unto a
certain mortgage note and mortgage aqreement, which was recorded in Officia2
R~cord Book 206 , Page 197 of the Public Records of St. Iucie
County, Florida, being described as follows: ;
Lat 29, Block 88, SO[JTH PORT ST. LiJCIE, UNIT FIVE, as per plat rec~orded
thereof fn Plat ~ook I4, pages 12 and 12A thru 12G of the Public Records
of St. Lucie Qounty~ Florida
WHEREAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the
terms and provisions of said riortqage in order tliat it may set forth the
true, complete an~ intended aqreement between the parties:
rOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained
the ~arties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly p3yment is shown to be due on or before the first day '
of January, 1973 and the final monthly payment is shown to be due
on or before the first day of December, 1997 , Mortgagors and Moutgagee
are desirous of amending the first payment due date to April I, 1973
and amending the final aayment due date to~ March 1, 1998 ~ at
~shich time the entire outstanding renaining principal balance shall be paid ~
in full.
Except as hereby ex~ressly modified, all the terms, covenants, conditions
and provisions of the note and mortgage aated July 10, 1972 , shall
remain in full farce an3 effect.
