On this day, personally appeared before me, the undersigned
officer, duly authorized to administer oaths and take:acknowledg-
ments, ALFREDO M. LOPEZ-AGUTAR, who, after being by me first duZy
cautioned and sworn, upon his oath deposes and says:
That the plat of Twelve Oaks Estate, a subdivision, in
Section 5, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, ~
Florida, and recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 26 of St. Lucie
County, Florida, public records, should read as follows:
(1) The Point of Beginning should be interpreted to be
the Southeast corner of the excluded encroachment area as indi-
cated by the notation "Fd. P.R.M." (found permanent reference
monument) on the plat.
(2) The legal description should read as follows:
Starting at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4
of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 5, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, run North
along the East section line of said Section 5 a
distance of 643 feet to a point, thence run West a
distance of 25 feet to the Point of Beginning.
From the Point of Heginning, run North a distance
of 340 feet to a point, thence run westerly on a
bearing of N 89° 51' 00" West a distance of 1294.64
feet to a point, thence run southerly on a bearing
of S 0° O1' 30" West a distance of 340.0 feet to
a point, thence run easterly on a bearing of S 89°
51' 00" East a distance of 1294.76 feet to the Point
of Beginning.
EXCLUSION -
Excluding the following described strip: From the
Point of Beginning run North a distance of 11.40
feet to a point, thence run westerly on a bearing of ~
S 89° 54' 40" West a distance of 1294.75 feet to a
~point, thence run southerly on a bearing of S 0° O1'
30" West a distance of 6 feet to a point, thence run
easterly on a bearing of S 89° 51' 00" East a distance
of 1294.76 feet to the Point of Beginning.
This tract has an area of 9.847 acres.
(3) The centerline dimension of Gray Twig Lane indicated
South of lots 7 and 8, which now reads as 376.12 feet on a bearing
