Personally appeared before me this day EDMUND M. R.ADKE,
who, after being first duly sworn, deposed and said:
1. That he has examined the Articles of Agreement rrade and
entered into the l6th day of December 1985, by and between Edmund M. R,adke and
Doris M. Radke, his wife, as parties of the first part, and Robert A. J ohnson and
Dolly S. Johnson, his wife, as party of the second part, which said A rticles of
Agreement are recorded in OR Book 135, page 53 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That of his own personal knowledge r~either he nor his wife,
Doris M. Radke, have any right, title or interest to the property as described
in said Articles of Agreement. ~
3. The said Articles of Agreement contain an erroneous legal
description in that it purported to describe the property to be conveyed pursuant
to said Articles real property in which neither he n~r his wife had any right,
title or interest.
; . That the erroneous legal desctiptian contained in said A rticles of

~ Agreement were the result of a scrivener°s error.
