Acknowledgment and Itatification by Grantee, acknowledges receipt of copiea of the
Declaration of Condaninium described above, includinq the provisions of al.l of its
exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
turther hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of safd provisions (includinq the

R~ords Book I89 on p~qes 1829 throuqh 1886 in the Public Reaords of St. Lucie County,

CONDOMIN2UN NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profiL, in making ~
•and enterinq into said Lease). The Grantee aqrees to be bound by all of eaid pro-
visionss the Grantee acknowledqes and aqrees that all of safd provisions are reasonable,
fair and equitablej the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and real property
described above, as security for his obliqations, as described in said Declaration of
Condoaunium and its exhibitst amd the Grantee acknowledqes and aqrees that said
Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract exeauted by the Grantor
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property describeci above.
