The Grantee by acceptance of the foreqoing Narranty Deed and execution of thfs
Acknowledqwent and Ratification by Grantee, acknwvledges receipt of copies of the
Declaxation of Condominiwn described above, includinq the provisions of all ot its
exhwits, and that conveyance by euch deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
further hereby ratify, confiria anci approve all of sa~id provisions (includinq the

Records Book 189 on paqes 1829 throuqh 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County.
