DecXaration af Condominiwa described above, includinq the provisions of all of its
exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
further hereby ratify, confirm and approve all of said provisions (includinq the

Rec~rd~ aook l89 on paqes 1829 through 2886 in the Publie Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors of WINDMILL V2LLAGE BY THS SEA
CONDOMTNIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATiON, II+IC., a Florida corporation not for profit, in makinq
~and enterinq into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said pro-

fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and zeal property
described above, as security for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of
Conda:~inium and its exhibitss and the Gr~ntee acknowledges and aqrees that said
Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor
~ and the Grantee contain alt of the warranties, representations and fnducements
concerninq the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real propezty described above.
