The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and execution
of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by (irantee, acknowledges receipt of ~
copies of ~he Declaration of Condominium described above, including the
provisions of all of its exhibits, and that conveyance by such deed is sub-
~ect thereto. The Grantee does further hereby ratify, confirm and approve
all of said provisions (including the WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREA-
TION CENTER LEASE as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on
pages 1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, FZorida,
and the acts of the Officers and Directors of W~IJDMTLL VILLAGE BY ~iE SEA
CONDOMINIUM N0. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit,
in making and entering into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by
all of said provisions; the Grar_tee acknowledges and agrees that all oi'
said provisions are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Qrantee hereby
impresses a lien upon the land and real property described above, as
security for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of Condominium
and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that said
Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed
by the Grantor and the Grantee con~ain all of the warranties, representa-
tions and inducements concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land
and real property described above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantee(s) have hereunto set their hands and
