she is the identical person naaed as grantee in that certain
warranty deed dated Novetaber 6, 1972 and recorded Nove~ber 17,
1972 in Oftical Record Book 208, Page 1015, public records of St.
Lucie County, Rlorida in which Wesley W. Webber, a single adult,
conveyed the above referenced real property to R uth Linn Vaillant,
a narried wonan.
Your affiant states further that she is the identical person who,
Mith Roland Vaillant, her husband, executed that certain aortgage
to Rirst Federal Savinys and Loan Association of Fort Pierce in
the anount of $23,000.00 dated January 29, 1973 and recorded
February 19, 1973 in Official Record Book 210, page 1814, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Aff iant further states that Ruth Linn Vaillant naned as grantee
in the deed reterred to herein and Ruth G. Vaillant na?ned as nort-
gagor on the mortgage referred to herein are one and the same
person.
