THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing before me this _S~_S~!'
day of March, 1973, upon Plaintiff's Complaint and default having
been entered by the Court against the Defendants on February 26,

1973, and after hearing testimony presented byt3~e Plaintiffs and
s
considering Exhibits admitted into evidenc~ and beinq fully advised
in the premises, the Cour~ find that the accident which occurred
on July 6, 1969 and the injuries sustained by GARY ALLEN HOLMES,
MARJORIE HENDRY HOLMES, SONJA ANN HENDRY and LINDA F. DORMINEY,
were a direct and proxi.mate result of the negligence of the
Defendants, FRED D. ADAMS and JEFF DAVID AUAMS. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that a final judgment is hereby rendered
in favor of Plaintiff, GARY ALLEN HOLMES, for the use and benefit
of STATE FARM FIRE & CASUALTY COMPANY, and that the said Plaintiff
