Kno~ all n~en by theae preaenta, that I, Berlin Davis, of the City
af Portsmouth, Scioto County, Ohio, being the executrix of the eatate of
C. 1~T. Wau~sley, deceased, late of Scioto County, Ohio, and pursuant to the
tera~ aad prrnrisions of the last xill and teetame~ of the safd C. W.
Wamsley, do hereby aell, assign, transfer and set arer unto Charles Whitney
Wamslep, grandson of said decedent of Vanceburg, Kentucky, his e~cscutora,
administrators, and assigns a certain mortgage deed bearing date of the 21st
day of September, 1970, e~oecuted and delivered to the safd C. W. Waasley by
Sarah Blizabeth Sumner, and record~ed in Vol. 187, page 502, oY the St. Lucie
County, Florida, Cle~ic Circuit Court Office, on the 21st day of September,
19T0, at 4:39 p• M., together xith a pronissory note secured thereby and
referred to therein; and all sums of money due and to become due thereon.
