ar~d deviaee and legatee nnder said xill, his ex~ecutors, administrators, and
assigns, a certain mortgage deed bearing date of the 18th day of April, 1968,
execnted and d~eliv~ered to the said C. 1~T. Wan~sley by Vadas Jay Yarbrough,
recorded in Volum~ 171, page 14T3, of St. Lncie Cannty, Florida, Clerk
Circuit Court, April 19, 196T, at 4:58 P. M., together ~i.th a proaissory note
secured thereby and referred to tharein; and all sums of money due and to
becane due thereon.
