CONDOMINIUM BUILDING "A", A CONDOMINIUM, according to the
Declaration of Condominium thereof, dated January 26, 1973 and recorded
February 23, 1973 in Official Records Book 211, Pages ?98 to 848, both
inclusive, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records.
The failure of the mortgagor herein to comply with and abide by, and to pay
all the assessments required of said mortgagor when due, pursuant to the
Declaration of Condominium of Beach Club Colony Condominium Apartments,
as aforedescribed, and on exhibit attached thereto, shall constitute an event
of default under this mortgage.
