Personally appeared before me, the undersigned authority,
ERNEST C. HARVEY, who, upon being by me first duly sworn, did
depose and say:
That my name is ERNEST C. HARVEY; that I knaw of my
awn personal knawledge that WILLIAM G. WAGONER, one of the gran-
tees in that certain Warranty Deed dated July 21, 1958, filed
August 25, 1958, in Deed Book 240, page 175, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and DR. WILLIAM GREEK WAGONER, who
died on August 24, 1959, is one and the same person; further
that the marriage of WILLIAM G. WAGONER to RUTH T. WAGONER was .
continuous and uninterrupted from the time they became vested
in title to the subject property by the deed dated July 21,
1958, filed August 25, 1958, in Deed Book 240, page 175, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, until the date of his
' death on August 24, 1959;
