tain Mortgage Agreement and Mortgage Note, which was recorded in Official Records
Book 211, page ~49, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, being des-
cribed as follaws:

Unit 9, according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 11, page 27B, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
W~~RF.AS PARTIES hereto desire to modif~r, amend and change some of the terms and pro-
visions of said Mortgage Note and Mortgage Agreement in order that it may set forth
the true, co~plete and intended agreement between the parties:
NOW, TI~REFORE, in consideratian of the mutual covenants herein contained, the parties
do hereby agree as folla~s:
The terms of the Mortgage will be 36 monthly install-
ments. .
r'~.CCEPT AS ~BY expressly modified, all the terms, crn?enants, conditions, and provisions
of the Note and Mortgage dated_February 2, 1973, SHALL remain in full force and effect.
