1. To eiake all payments required by that note and this oortgage pranptly rfien due.
2. To pay all taxes, assessments, liens and encumbrances on that property pra~tly Mhen due.
If they are not prdnptly paid the Mortgagee may pay them without Kaiving the option to foreclose, and such
payvents, Nith interest thereon frpa the date of payment at the same rate as specified in that note, shall
also be secured by this c~rt9age.
3. To coawit, pennit, or suffer no waste, iiapairment or deterioration of the mortgaged property.
4. To pay all exp~nses reasonably incurred by the ?Rortgagee because of failure of the Mortgagor to
