WHEREAS, VENTURE OUT IN Ah1ERYCA AT INOIAN RIVER, IhC. (formerly known as HOLIDAY
OUT IN AMERICA AT ST. LUCIE, INC.), a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as
the "htortgagor", by Indenture bearing date of Apri1 24, 1972, a~d recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in O.R. Book 201, Page 1959, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, granted and conveyed to Citizens Qank of Palm Beach County, West
Palm Beach, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "F~ortgagee", and its assigns, the premises
therein particulariy described, to secure the payment of the sum of Two Hundred Thousand
(S2~'0,000.00) Uollars, together with intFrest as specified therein; ~
AND WHEREAS, the said Mortgagor has requested the said Mortgagee to release the
premises hereinafter described, being a part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien
and operation of said Mortgage;
MOW, THEREFQRE, the said Mortgagee, in consideration of the sum of 7EN DOLLARS
{$i0.00) and other good and valuable considerations to it in hand paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does remise, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the ~
lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns,

described as follows:
