RECEIPT AND SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT i
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, GEORGE D. STANLEY and LUCILLE P. STANLEY,
his wife, were Defendants in the above styled cause; and
WHEREAS, by virtue of that certain final decree
dated February 17, 1965, and recorded in Chancery Order
. Book 62 at page 154 of the public records of St. Lucie .
County, Florida, the Plaintiffs in the above styled cause,

viz: Paul B. Kelly and Daisy Relly, his wife, and Ruth
A. Kelly, were ordered to pay the sum of One Hundred and
Twenty-five Dollars and no/100 ($125.00) to said Defen-
~
; dants in satisfaction of any claim against the following

described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 lying
; East of State Road No. 4(less road right-
~ of-way) in Section 22, Township 36 South, •
Range 40 East.
AND'
The W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of
Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 40
East, lying East of U.S. Highway No. l,
~ and Excepting therefrom the rights-of-way - ~
for said highway; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid sum of One Hundred and
~ Twenty-five Dollars and no/100 ($125.00) was in fact paid
~
~ to the said GEORGE D. STANLEY and LUCILLE P. STANLEY, his
~
wife, although no receipt for such payment was ever filed
