WHEREAS, the said GEORGE D. STANLEY died on ,2s~ ~

his survivinq spouse; and
WHEREAS, the marital relationship of the said ~
GEORGE D. STANLEY and LUCILLE P. STANLEY was continuous ~
and without interruption until the date of his death; ~
NOW, THEREFORE, know all men by these p=esent
that LUCILLE P. STANLEY, the unremarried surviving spouse
of GEORGE D. STANLEY, deceased, hereby acknowledges receipt ~
of the sum of One Hundred and Twenty-five Dollars and no/100
($125.00) in satisfaction and payment in full of any claim
she might have against the above described real property, i
hereby consents that said claim shall be satisfied of record,
