AFFIDAVIT OF CONTINUOUS MARRIAGE AND OF IDENTITY
OF PERSONS
The undersigned WALLA~CE N. MAER , a resident of Miami, Dade County,
Florida, maintains law offices at Suite No. l, #1440 NW 14th A~~e.,
Miami, Fla., 33125, and has been engaged in practice as an attorney
at Iaw for more than 32 years in said city, county and state; ~

T'hat he-knows POWELL R. MERRELL of Hialeah, Dade County, Fla. whose
wife, ETI~L MERRELL, died on March 6, 1972; that he was well-ac-
quainted with the late ETI~L MERRELL during her lifetime; that of his `
own knowledge he knows, and therefore states, that the saidPOWELL R.
MERR.ELL arid ETF~L MERRELL, as such husband and wife , acquired
certain real property in St. Lucie County, Fla, to wit:
Lots 7,8,9, and lO,Block 256, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTZOIr' 24, a,
Subdivision accordi.ng to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 13, page 31. of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Fla., ?
title to which was conveyed by various conveyances at various times,
and prior to and u n ac isition of same the said arties were ~

married to each other and remained so continuously and uninterruptedly
up to the time af the death of ETI~L MERRELL, as above.

and spelling thereof of said POWELL R. MERRELL and said ETI~L :~RRELL
are as given hereinabove; however by inadvertence, the names are
sometimes exhibited in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Fla.
as POWELL R. :~RRILL and POWELL MERRELL and ETFiEL MERRILL, respective-
Iy, but the Zatter persons are one and the same, respectively, as
