and reservations set forth herein shall run Nith the land and the
grantee, by accepting the deed to said premises, accepts and
same, subject to such conditions, covenants, restrictions, and
reservations and agrees for itself, its successors and assigns,
to be bound by each of such conditions, covenants, restrictions
and reservations jointly, separately and severally.
