T'his matter coming on for hearing on the 2nd day of
Apri1, 1973, bath parties being represented by counsel
and counsel for the Wife, (Petitioner), having announced
that the Wife.was not present and having introduced into
evidence copies of~letters notifying her of the date of
the hearing with the signed receipts therefor, and no fur-
ther evidence being offered, it is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
1. The Motion for Contempt be and the same is hereby '
denied.
2. That the Lis Pendens filed in this cause be and the
; same is hereby cancelled and stricken. `
