In the event that the Grantee fails to remain a member
of the Southern Baptist Convention then in that event
the property this date conveyed by the Grantor will
revert to the Grantor and the Grantee, by acceptance
of this deed, agrees that it wi 11 execute a quit claim
deed to s aid property upon request of the Grantor; or in
lieu thereof, at the option of the Grantee, the Grantee
• can pay the sum of $25,000.00 cash to the Grantor and
