Trustees under Aqreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to CODY L. BAILEY and CAROLYN A. BAILEY, ~
his wife,
whose post of f ice address is P. O. Box 1044, Fort Pierce, Florida - 33450
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, barqain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 16 to 29, both inclusive, of Block 1 D, and Lots 30 and 31,
Block 1 E, all in SAN LUCIE PL1~ZA SUBDIVISION as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 5, page 57, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to reservations, restrictions and easements of record:

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging oi in anywise appertaining.
TO AAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that
in all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied ;
with the powers vested in them under the Trust~Agreement dated July 23, _ f
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free `
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
197 2 •
